Flight Booking, Payments & Airline Policies

Our goal is to provide you with a smooth, hassle-free journey from start to finish.

To keep everything transparent and flexible, here’s how we handle flight bookings and payments.

Due to situations beyond our control such as COVID, health outbreaks (e.g. Nipah virus), political changes, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events, we highly recommend that guests book their flights directly with the airline.

Airline policies vary greatly, especially for cancellations and refunds, and most airlines issue travel credits or flight funds instead of cash refunds.

For clarity:

  • We do not earn commissions from airline ticket bookings.
  • Airline rules and decisions are set strictly by the airline.

 

Down Payment & Payment Terms

To give you more flexibility:

  • When you book your own flights, you’re entitled to a reduced down payment of 50%, instead of the standard 70%
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before your trip

 

Flight Details Requirement

To secure hotels, transfers, and activities, we kindly ask that confirmed flight details be provided within 48–72 hours after booking confirmation.

Please note:

  • All arrival and departure services (airport transfers, pick-ups, and scheduling) will be arranged based on the flight details provided by the guest
  • Delays in providing flight information may affect availability or scheduling

 

If You Prefer Us to Book Flights

If you choose to have us book flights on your behalf:

  • You acknowledge and accept that all airline terms and conditions apply
  • We act solely as a booking facilitator, following the airline’s policies
  • Any changes, cancellations, or refunds are governed entirely by the airline

 

When You Book Flights Directly

If you’re booking flights yourself, we’re always happy to assist by:

  • Recommending the best travel dates
  • Suggesting ideal arrival and departure times that fit your itinerary
  • Assisting with visa guidance (Vietnam & Philippines) and requirements
  • Sending reminders for online check-in
  • Helping you review baggage rules and specific airline policies so there are no surprises

This approach gives you more control over your flights while ensuring we can still support you every step of the way without unnecessary stress.
