Yes, absolutely! We understand that plans can change, so we’re flexible with making adjustments to your itinerary before finalizing your booking. Simply let us know what changes you’d like to make, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

In many cases, we can accommodate changes or modifications to your booking, such as altering travel dates, and removing or adding activities. However, additional fees or charges will be applied.

Yes! A one-time rebooking of the tour is allowed at least 21 days before the trip. We can assist in rebooking your flights; however, additional charges apply according to the airline.

Yes! (1) Free cancellation at least 21 days before the scheduled journey, or you have the option for a one-time free rebooking. (2) If you cancel your booking less than 21 days before your scheduled journey, you will receive a refund of 40% of the total tour cost, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee. (3) If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the journey, a 30% refund will be provided. These refund policies are due to pre-booking arrangements. (4) For any personal reasons that could prevent participation 24 hours before and during the journey, the tour fee is non-refundable. This policy is due to pre-booked arrangements.

Flights are not included. However, we assist you with your flight booking free of charge!

For passengers unable to pass through immigration at any international airport, those who miss their flights, or experience flight cancellations by the airline, the journey cost is non-refundable. This policy is due to pre-booked arrangements.

Please contact us immediately to reschedule your trip; however, charges will apply for pre-booking arrangements.

In the event of canceled flights due to bad weather, or force majeure preventing the journey from taking place (e.g., war, threat, terrorist activity, pandemic, or cancellations mandated by the government), both parties will discuss to reach an agreement aimed at minimizing damage for both parties as much as possible.
