WHY MEALS AREN'T INCLUDED:

We believe that enjoying food is a personal experience.

We want you to eat what you like, when you like. With our guide’s help, you can order freshly cooked meals, explore local menus, and enjoy the freedom to try what looks good to you—no cold, pre-set meals.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Book at least 3 days.
• Secure payment within 24 hours.
• Bank transfer (Wise/PayPal for $, BPI for ₱)
• Public Holiday surcharge during Lunar New Year, April 18, April 30, May 1, August 31, September 1-3, December 25, December 31, January 1.

REBOOKING POLICY

We offer free rebooking for all private trips — but please note the following terms:

• No fee to change your travel date (subject to availability).
• If your new date falls on a public holiday, a holiday surcharge will apply per person.
• If you originally booked a holiday date and rebook to a non-holiday, the surcharge cannot be refunded.

PICK-UP INFORMATION:

• Pick-up time is flexible based on your schedule, anytime between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Arrive at the hotel lobby at least 5 mins. before your selected pick-up time.If you wish to add an additional destination or stop along the way, surcharges may also apply — please inform us in advance to arrange accordingly.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Spring–Summer (March → August):
Light layers for warm afternoons, but bring a jacket for chilly mornings and Fansipan's cooler peak.

• Shoes: Comfortable walking or hiking shoes — expect uneven paths in Cat Cat Village and stair climbing at Fansipan.

• Outfits for photos: Flowing dresses or maxi skirts for Moana Sapa and Sun Plaza, layered tops or light jackets for alpine shots.

• Extras: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light scarf or shawl for wind/sun protection on the cable car.

Rainy Season (July → September):
Expect mist, light rain, and slippery paths.

• Clothing: Quick-dry or moisture-wicking fabrics, waterproof jacket or poncho

• Footwear: Non-slip shoes or waterproof sneakers

• For photos: Light-colored or earthy tones pop beautifully in misty mountain backdrops. A cute umbrella or poncho adds style.

Autumn–Winter (October → February):
Cold mornings and wind chills, especially at the Fansipan summit.

• Clothing: Thermal base layer, warm jacket, scarf, beanie, and gloves — it can feel near freezing on the mountain.

• Shoes: Closed, warm footwear — avoid sandals

• For photos: Long coats, knitwear, and neutral earth tones look great against mountain views and Sun Plaza architecture.

Year-round:

• Best for Fansipan cable car + Muong Hoa rail: Layers you can remove (it’s colder at the top, warmer at the base)

• Moana Sapa + Sun Plaza: Trendy, photo-ready outfits — think casual chic with a travel twist

• Cat Cat Village: Easy-to-walk-in clothes and shoes for dirt paths and steps

CANCELLATION:

• More than 3 days before the tour → 30% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the tour → no refund can be provided
• If the tour is canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather or force majeure, we will do our best to refund higher than 30%, depending on the situation, as some costs may be non-refundable due to charges from our partners.
