Before you book

1. A minimum of 4 pax is required for any of the private group trips.
2. Children up to 11 years old, who are up to 1.3m in height, receive a discounted price.
3. Reservation fee of ₱2500/pax is required to reserve the slot. Non-refundable due to pre-booking arrangements.
4. Full payment at least 21 days before your scheduled tour.
5. The reservation fee for children is the same as that for adults, with the applicable discount being reflected in the final bill.
6. Present a travel clearance for a minor (aged below 18 years old) who is traveling for the first time with a person other than their parents or legal guardian.
7. Travellers must disclose any existing health conditions or concerns that may affect their trip with the travel company. Any changes in health conditions must be promptly communicated.
8. Travellers with pre-existing conditions are responsible for bringing necessary medication and managing their health during the trip.
9. While the travel company is not liable for traveller accidents or deaths during the trip, rest assured that we are here to assist with arrangements according to local regulations and with the support of the provided travel insurance. To ensure swift assistance, travelers are kindly requested to provide emergency contact information and necessary documentation.

Cancellation and Rebooking

1. At least 21 days before the trip: One-time free rescheduling.
2. Less than 21 days: 50% refund. Excluding non-refundable down-payment.
3. Less than 14 days: 30% refund. Excluding non-refundable down-payment.
4. 24 hours before and during the trip: For any personal reasons, the tour fee is non-refundable. This policy is due to pre-booked arrangements.
5. If the travel company cancels due to tour service unavailability, a full payment refund will be issued.
6. For passengers unable to pass through immigration at any international airport, or those who miss their flights, the journey cost is non-refundable. 
7. In the event of canceled flights due to bad weather, or force majeure preventing the journey from taking place (e.g., war, threat, terrorist activity, pandemic, or cancellations mandated by the government), both parties will discuss to reach an agreement aimed at minimizing damage for both parties as much as possible.
8. Refund processing may take up at least 15 days for you to receive depending on your bank.
